The grind can be easily adjusted from fine through to coarse simply by turning the knob on the top of the mill. Select a fine grind for a big punch in soups and sauces or select a coarser grind for a subtler, but longer lasting taste – great for steaks and salads. The sharp, anti-corrosive ceramic grinding mechanism achieves a high-quality output and consistent milling, time after time.

The London mill is super easy to refill. Simply unscrew the knob and remove along with the mill top. To make refilling even easier, use the Cole & Mason Dover Stainless Steel Funnel which is available separately.
